Funny video! Instead of saying “I think you’re making it up,” the host should have said, “You ARE making it up.”
Let’s assume for a minute however that the guy shows us a study on the poker-child abuse correlation. But it’s still tricky because does the finding mean online gambling contributes to child abuse -or- would it be that many child abusers just happen to play online poker? Big difference.
Unfortunately this guy’s opinion is typical of some groups to force other people to do as they do, never mind there’s such a thing as individual freedom.

This IS laughable, and, I can’t get over how CNBC chose him for an expert. The jackass at CNBC that selected him oughtta be fired!
Check out Kathrein’s website. It’s embarrasing. Looks like a 6th grader did it. Some parts haven’t been updated since 2006. Doesn’t have a clue about portraying image… If he were in tune with 2009, he would understand that his website is doing him more harm than good. Or IS it?
Surely someone at CNBC saw the website before inviting him to the conversation. Makes me wonder how many other times they have just thrown up a body instead really getting an expert so they can make a segment.
